Despite the team disbanding, ETHEREAL (ex-Polar Ace) has been brought back to life. The team is back and updated with a new roster for the remainder of the ESEA MDL season.

Powerzz and cxzi come into the team after leaving Supernova, which caused the team to disband (9-3 in ESEA Advanced before dying). Lacore joins the team after not playing competitively since Season 32 of Advanced, with SapphireKelownaDotCom. This is of course disregarding the fact that Lacore's team from earlier this season, Hedgehogs, was raided by Under 21 and Supernova--causing them to disband after their first match in ESEA Advanced.

The new starting lineup will see cxzi take the AWP, and Lacore to acquire the IGL role.

Only time will tell if this is indeed "Checkmate 😉", as the team's ESEA bio states (even though this may be in regards to a different matter). This will be an exciting team to follow in the coming weeks. cxzi is on a roll, claiming the Counter Nature MVP award for the midseason of Advanced.
